Actions
Actions are what you ask PowerWord to do with your text, from proofreading, to rewrites, analyzing and even translating. PowerWord can also engage with you in the typical freestyle chat session.
Proofread
PowerWord AI makes proofing your text and chapters a breeze. Simply copy and paste your chapter text into the Original content window, select the Proofread options that best suit your needs from the drop down, and click the [Process] button.
Within seconds, PowerWord’s AI processes your text with all of the necessary corrections.
Selecting the [Compare] button will show you all of the corrections PowerWord’s AI made to your text. You can then review and edit whatever changes the AI made to your text.
Once you’re satisfied with the results, you can either:
Edit out the changes of the highlighted text,
Or if you want to accept all changes, just click the [Copy] button to copy the text to your clipboard and paste it back into your manuscript.
Rewrite
The Rewrite feature is what you might expect from the different rewrite options. PowerWord examines your text and then massages your current prose to what might better fit for the type of genre audience.
Analyze
One of the more powerful features of the PowerWord tools is our ability to critically analyze your writing and deliver hard-hitting critiques of what you not only could improve on, but also what you are doing right!
Analyze Issues
This feature does a cursory review of your writing delivering an overall critique of issues you might need to work on.
Critique Analysis
Here is where PowerWord dives deep into your prose to deliver a short but comprehensive list of critiques to help you improve your writing.
Recap Summary
The recap summary is what you might expect, PowerWord will consume your chapter in chunks and then recap the highlights and events of each part of your work. A recap typically reduces a chapter by about half its original length.
"Clif Notes" Summary
As the name suggests, PowerWord takes your chapter and will reduce it to a well-written paragraph, or even several short paragraphs, to give anyone the short version and highlights of your chapter.
Target Audience
PowerWord helps you discover what audience your writing might be best targeted toward. Paste your sample text or a whole chapter into the tool and see who your writing might resonate the most with.
Chat
Chat has now been moved to it’s own menu item. Included with PowerWord is a freestyle chat feature. PowerWord’s chat allows you full freestyle access to the underlying AI models to carry on a more detailed conversation regarding just about anything the AI has been trained with. You can also save previous chats, very handy for saving recipes, data, code, and other valuable reference material.
Translate
PowerWord can fully translate your chapters and novels into another language. Expand your audiences by translating your work into numerous language-specific versions.
Custom Prompts
When selecting the Custom button, PowerWord gives you the power to create your own custom prompts to use when analyzing, rewriting, translating any original text. You can even omit the original text to have PowerWord generate custom text, articles, chapters, ideas, or whatever your imagination and conjure.
